Scope
What we can take off your package list
Supply & install
Exposed T24 grid systems, tiles to specification (tegular, square edge, acoustic, hygienic and fire-rated), perimeter trim, and recessed LED lighting within the grid — measured, set out and installed by our teams.
Supply only
Grid, tiles and accessories delivered to site for your own fixers — the right products against the spec, at trade rates, with reliable lead times.
Install only
Free-issue materials already on site or on order? Our teams will install to specification — set out, fitted and finished to the same standard as our full supply-and-fit packages.
Strip-out & replacement
Removal of existing ceilings, reuse of serviceable tiles where the spec allows, and like-for-like or upgraded replacement — priced transparently as base scheme plus extra-overs.
Joinery details
MDF infill strips, pattressing and bespoke trims manufactured by our in-house joinery workshop and installed ready for decoration — one sub-contractor instead of two.
Additional packages
Fewer sub-contractors on your programme
Alongside ceilings, we can price and deliver the adjoining packages — one point of contact, one set of paperwork, one sub to coordinate.
Office partitions & glass offices
Metal stud and drywall partitions, and glazed partition systems for offices and meeting rooms — priced alongside the ceiling package or as a standalone element.
Commercial flooring
Supply and installation of commercial floor coverings — carpet tiles, vinyl and safety flooring — completing the fit-out scope within a single package.
